Oral Presentation at BDF 2026 in Beijing
I will present our new DDBJ-based codon usage data resource at BDF 2026 in Beijing, alongside my supervisor Prof. Yasukazu Nakamura.
I am pleased to have been invited to the 11th Big Data Forum for Life and Health Sciences (BDF 2026), taking place in Beijing, China, on October 13–15, 2026, where I will introduce a new codon usage data resource that we are developing based on DDBJ sequence data.
My sincere thanks to the China National Center for Bioinformation (CNCB) and the National Genomics Data Center (NGDC), China, for their kind invitation!
I will attend the conference and present our work alongside my supervisor, Prof. Yasukazu Nakamura, from the National Institute of Genetics (NIG), Japan.
Presentations | October 13
Prof. Yasukazu Nakamura — Conference Talk
Genomic Information Infrastructure for Healthy Longevity in Dogs and Cats
09:50–10:10 | Session 1: Data Integration and Curation
Ziyi He — Oral Presentation
From Codon Usage to Data-Centric Biological AI: Exploring Applications of Large-Scale Sequence Resources from DDBJ
15:50–16:00 | Session 2: AI Algorithms and Models
In my presentation, I will introduce our ongoing development of a new codon usage data resource using large-scale sequence data from the International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration (INSDC), particularly the DNA Data Bank of Japan (DDBJ).
I will discuss data quality control, broader taxonomic coverage, and future development plans. I look forward to exchanging ideas with researchers from different fields and exploring opportunities for joint research and international collaboration.
